JENOPTIK Optical Systems, Inc. is pleased to welcome Dave Stephenson to the organization as Vice President, Optics. Dave brings extensive optical design, metrology and systems experience with him to Jenoptik.
Dave comes to Jenoptik from Zygo Corporation in Middlefield, CT, where he was Section Manager of Optical Engineering for 11 years. Dave was an optical engineer and project manager primarily for the large aperture laser interferometers commonly found in optical shops worldwide. He managed the development of the Verifier Asphere interferometer which rapidly scans and reconstructs the surface profile of rotationally symmetric aspheric surfaces. Prior to Zygo, Dave was Engineering Manager and the lead optical designer at Melles Griot Optical Systems Division in Rochester, NY.

Jenoptik has three manufacturing plants in the U.S.: Jupiter, FL, Huntsville, AL and Easthampton, MA, with a combined compliment of 125 employees across 100,000 sq. ft. of operational space.
